Beginning with foundational courses in Principles of Management, Accounting, Economics, and English, the program builds toward advanced legal study through core subjects like Law of Torts, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, and the newly codified Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA). Integrated with this legal framework are crucial business subjects such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management, and Business Ethics, offering students a dual lens to examine commercial and legal challenges. Students also engage with contemporary issues through specialised electives like Cyber Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Competition Law, White Collar Crimes, and Humanitarian & Refugee Law. AGE LIMIT FOR ADMISSION TO LAW PROGRAMS
As per the Rules of Legal Education – 2008, the maximum age for admission into the integrated Bachelor of Law degree program, BBA LLB (H) is 20 years for candidates from the general category and 22 years for candidates from SC, ST, and other Backward Communities, subject to conditions stipulated by the University.
Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission Bar Council of India may from time to time, stipulate the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, to be obtained for the qualifying examination, such as +2 Examination in case of Integrated Five Years’ course or Degree course in any discipline for Three years’ LL.B. course, for the purpose of applying for and getting admitted into a Law Degree Program of any recognized University in either of the streams.

The program also offers students the option to specialize in either Constitutional Law or Business Law through a carefully curated Honours stream, with topics ranging from Citizenship & Immigration, Comparative Constitutions, and Gender Justice to Banking Law, Investment Law, and Competition Law. In keeping with modern legal demands, the curriculum integrates emerging fields such as Cyber Law & AI, Media & Law, Health Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Information Technology. Students gain hands-on experience through drafting and pleading exercises, moot court sessions, client counselling, and internships, which are thoughtfully embedded within the program. As per the Rules of Legal Education – 2008, the maximum age for admission into Three-Year Bachelor Degree Course in Law LLB (H) , is 30 years for general candidates. However, a concession of up to 5 years may be granted to candidates from SC, ST, and other Backward Communities, depending on the University's discretion and the applicant's social circumstances.
